Platform and Account Access
In order to provide Services, Pancake may access and review information available within your connected Platform accounts (such as Airbnb), including but not limited to:
Listing details and descriptions
Reservation and booking information
Guest names and contact details
Guest message threads
Calendar availability and pricing information
Account settings relevant to guest communication and operations
Review history and ratings
Activity logs or operational data visible to co-hosts or authorized users
Such access is used for the purpose of delivering the Services and operational coordination.
Pancake processes Platform account, Listing, and guest-related information solely under Customer’s authorization and instructions in order to provide the Services.
Guest & Operational Information
While providing Services, Pancake may access:
Guest names and contact information
Reservation details
Guest communications
Vendor and service provider contact information
Automatically Collected Website Information
When visiting our website, we may collect:
Device information
IP address
Browser type
Basic analytics data
Pancake relies on information made available through Customer-provided Platform access and does not independently verify the accuracy or completeness of such information.
Pancake does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary to operate the Services.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
Provide and operate the Services
Communicate with Customers via email, phone, SMS/text message, or platform messaging regarding operational updates, billing matters, onboarding, account notices, and emergency coordination
Communicate with guests on your behalf
Coordinate vendors and turnovers
Draft and publish reviews
Process subscription payments
Process emergency and non-emergency authorized charges
Improve service quality
Maintain security and prevent fraud
Comply with legal obligations
We use information solely for legitimate business and operational purposes.
3. Service Providers
Pancake may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist in delivering the Services, including:
Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)

7. Smart Lock & Access Data
If Customers voluntarily provide smart lock access credentials:
Pancake uses such access solely for operational guest support purposes.
Pancake does not store smart lock credentials beyond what is operationally necessary.
Customer remains responsible for configuration, credential rotation, and system security.
8. International Data Transfers
Pancake operates in the United States. If personal information is transferred outside of a user’s country of residence, such information will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to:
Access personal information
Correct inaccurate information
Request deletion
Restrict certain uses

Pancake will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.
10. Use of Aggregated or Anonymized Information

Pancake will not publish identifiable guest or Customer information without explicit written consent.

By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from Pancake electronically, including via email and platform messaging.

Pancake may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated via website update or email notice where appropriate.
Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
